Access Active Directory from Mac using C/C++ or Objective C

I am looking for a developer to build a command-line interface for my Mac using either C/C++ or Objective C to access an Active Directory. Whether this access needs to be remote or not will be decided at a later stage. The emphasis is on creating a secure, reliable and efficient command-line interface that can interact with our Active Directory. My priority is ensuring the safety of confidential information stored in the Directory. The successful contractor should have a strong background in C/C++ or Objective C and the ability to create a secure and efficient command-line interface on a Mac. I need to retrieve SID and groups information for a given user. Preferably through jamf.
