setup cpanel centos with pdftk for all users.

hello freelancer i already installed pdftk (https://www.pdflabs.com/docs/install-pdftk-on-redhat-or-centos/) on my vps with cpanel hosting . but when i run its command or check version it work for root user only other users not working. can you install pdftk for all users ?
