Project Description
I need an experienced WordPress developer to migrate 321 articles from magazine.esibirsi.it to esibirsi.it (main site).
What needs to be migrated:

293 published posts
16 scheduled posts (must keep future publish dates)
12 drafts
All featured images
All images in post content
All categories, tags, and metadata
Post authors, dates, and custom fields

Technical Details:
Source: magazine.esibirsi.it (WordPress)
Destination: esibirsi.it (WordPress)
cPanel + SSH access available
WP All Import Pro license available
PHP limits already configured (512M memory, 800s execution)
two wp installs are reside into SAME Hosting Account

Requirements:
Create "Magazine" parent category on destination site
Map old categories to new structure under Magazine
NO duplicates allowed
NO overwriting of existing 424 posts on main site
Must preserve scheduled post dates
Featured images must work correctly
Handle .webp files with double extensions (e.g., file.png.webp)

Deliverables:

All 321 posts migrated successfully
All images working (featured + content)
Category structure implemented
Scheduled posts still scheduled
Verification report (post count, sample checks)
