WordPress Community Site Setup
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I already have a cPanel hosting account ready; what I need now is a specialist who can turn it into a fully-functioning community site on WordPress. Because I don’t yet own a theme or any plugins, your first task will be to recommend a reliable, future-proof community template along with the essential plugin stack. Once we agree on the picks, you’ll install WordPress on my server, upload the theme, add the plugins, and configure everything so the live site matches the theme’s demo look and features.
Key points you’ll handle
• Clean WordPress install on cPanel (SSL, database, secure file structure)
• Theme and plugin recommendations explained in plain language, including any licence fees
• Full theme & plugin setup so all demo pages, menus, and widgets display correctly
• Basic performance and security tweaks (cache, backup, anti-spam)
• Admin account delivered with a short hand-over doc so I can manage content on my own
Acceptance criteria
• Site loads without errors on both desktop and mobile
• Demo content swapped with placeholders that I can replace later
• No broken links, missing images, or layout glitches
• Login credentials and concise setup notes sent on completion
If this sounds straightforward for you, let’s begin.
