Website & Email Migration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m moving my corporate site and all company email accounts off our current shared-hosting plan to a new host. I don’t need any design tweaks or functional upgrades—just a clean, seamless transfer that keeps the site online and mail flowing without interruption.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Copy the existing website files, database, and SSL certificates from the shared cPanel environment and restore them on the new host.
• Recreate every email address (IMAP/POP3) and migrate all messages, folders, and filters.
• Update DNS records (A, MX, SPF, DKIM) so traffic and mail point to the new servers once propagation starts.
• Verify that the site loads correctly over HTTPS, forms and contact pages work, and mailboxes send/receive on common clients and webmail.
• Provide a brief hand-over note with any updated logins and a rollback plan in case we need it.
If you’ve handled corporate site moves before and are comfortable working within cPanel, WHM, or similar dashboards, I’d love to get this scheduled ASAP.
