Urgent White Screen WordPress Fix

Job ID: 39720014

Budget: £10 – £20 GBP

My WordPress site went completely blank right after I ran the latest core update. No error message appears in the browser—just the classic white screen of death—so visitors can’t load a single page and I can’t even reach the admin dashboard.

I need someone who can jump in immediately, trace the root cause, and bring the site back online. The job may involve enabling WP_DEBUG, checking the error log, inspecting wp-config.php, deactivating or rolling back any plugins/themes through FTP or phpMyAdmin, and repairing the database if the update corrupted tables. Once the site is loading normally I’d also like a quick summary of what caused the crash so I can avoid it next time.

Deliverables
• Site loads publicly and in /wp-admin without blank screens
• Confirmation that the fix survives a browser cache clear and hard refresh
• Short report (steps taken + root cause)

If you have a strong grasp of PHP, WordPress core, and cPanel or similar hosting panels and you’re available right now, this should be a swift task.
