Restore WordPress Database
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My WordPress site went offline after I updated the database host setting and I’m now getting a connection error. Everything else—database name and user credentials—remained untouched, so I’m certain the issue is tied to that host change.
I need someone who can quickly trace the problem, adjust wp-config.php or any server-side settings as needed, and bring the site back online without data loss. cPanel, phpMyAdmin and SSH access can be provided right away.
Deliverable acceptance criteria
• Front-end loads normally with no database connection warnings
• wp-admin is fully accessible
• A brief note outlining the exact fix applied (for my records)
If you have solid experience with WordPress, MySQL and typical hosting panels, this should be a straightforward task.
