MX Records Audit & Optimization
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I manage four separate domains that all sit on the same dedicated server and share identical IP addresses. Each already has SPF and DKIM in place, yet our inbox placement is still inconsistent. I’d like you to inspect the current MX records, adjust anything that may be conflicting or outdated, and leave me with a clean, propagation-ready setup that directly improves deliverability.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Review the existing DNS zone files for all four domains.
• Verify that the MX hierarchy, priority order and hostnames match best practice.
• Cross-check alignment with the active SPF and DKIM records so everything points to the same sending source.
• Implement any corrections inside our DNS manager (cPanel/WHM and Cloudflare are both available).
• Run live tests—dig/nslookup, Gmail Postmaster, mail-tester, etc.—and share before-and-after results so I can clearly see the improvement.
