Migrate Joomla to PHP 8.2
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
My cPanel server is moving to PHP 8.2 and I need the entire Joomla site brought along smoothly. I am not even sure which Joomla branch we are on right now, so the first step will be to identify the current version and map the safest upgrade path. Every custom extension and plugin that is running today has to work after the move; nothing can be left behind or disabled. I do not have a shortlist of problem-extensions, so please treat them all as equally important and test them thoroughly.
You will back up the site, perform the staged upgrade in a sandbox, resolve any template or extension incompatibilities, and then swap it into production once everything runs error-free under PHP 8.2. A short post-migration checklist showing what was updated, where files live, and how to roll back in case of emergency will close the project.
