Install FFmpeg & shell_exec WHM

I need FFmpeg fully installed and operational on my CentOS-based VPS that runs WHM/cPanel. I also want the PHP function shell_exec enabled and verified so applications can call FFmpeg from the command line without restriction.
You’re free to compile from source or use any reliable package repository—whichever delivers a stable build fastest. Once installation is complete, please:
• confirm FFmpeg is accessible globally (ffmpeg ‑version shows expected output)
• enable shell_exec for all PHP versions active in EasyApache 4
• restart the relevant services and run a quick test conversion to prove it works inside PHP
