Google Workspace and Bluehost (VPS) Split Email Setup

I have 7 domains on GoDaddy and a VPS plan on Bluehost.

I have a problem with email deliverability and spam emails

For email deliverability , I want to move only the important accounts ( sales@, purchasing@, etc.) to Google Workspace for better deliverability and spam filtering, while keeping the rest on Bluehost after configuring it correctly to assue best performance in sending and receiving.

I need a freelancer to:

confugure Bluehost (VPS) for best performance in sending and receiving.
Set up Google Workspace for selected accounts
Configure split delivery (Google Workspace + Bluehost)
Update DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) correctly for Gmail & bluehost
Ensure high deliverability and no mail loss between systems
Test sending/receiving for both Gmail and Bluehost accounts
Document all changes and ensure a secure handover

Requirements:
Experience with Google Workspace Admin Console
Strong knowledge of Bluehost or cPanel email/DNS setup
Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX routing
Proven experience with email deliverability setup
