Fix Marketing Emails Marked Spam
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My scheduled marketing campaigns are consistently landing in customers’ spam folders. The messages originate from a cPanel mail server and are sent with the Sky Sender client rather than services like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Constant Contact, so I control both the server and the DNS zone.
I need a deliverability specialist to trace and solve whatever is pushing these campaigns to spam. That means auditing and correcting authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, rDNS, HELO), checking IP reputation, and tightening the message content itself for common trigger words or formatting issues. If you spot server-side misconfigurations—rate-limiting, throttling, missing TLS, or black-list flags—please fix or advise.
Deliverables:
• Updated DNS and server settings with evidence of proper propagation
• A test send that lands in the primary inbox for major providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo)
• A short, plain-language report of what was changed and best-practice steps I should follow for future campaigns
Once the inbox rate is stable, the project is complete.
