Comprehensive Linux Stack Installation

I need an experienced engineer to prepare a fresh Linux server—accessed through cPanel—for the full stack that powers my application.

Backend
• Upgrade or compile PHP to 8.3+ and confirm MySQL 5.7+ is running smoothly within the cPanel environment.
• Create the necessary database, user, and privileges so the code can connect without manual edits later.

React / Next.js layer
• Install Node.js 20.19+ and NPM 10+.
• Verify that the resulting builds run under a process manager (PM2, systemd, or a cPanel-friendly alternative) and survive reboots.

Mobile build toolchain
• On the same host, or via an attached build server you spin up, install Android Studio or Visual Studio Code, then add:
– Flutter SDK 3.35.7
– Dart SDK 3.9.2
– Flutter & Dart IDE plugins
• Produce a quick flutter doctor report so I can see everything is green.

What I already have
• Root / SSH and full cPanel credentials.
• Source code for backend, web, and mobile modules.

Acceptance
When you are done I expect:
1. A brief log or screen recording showing each version installed.
2. The backend reachable at my domain with the PHP API responding.
3. The Next.js front-end served over HTTPS.
4. flutter doctor showing no unresolved issues.

If something in cPanel limits a standard approach, please propose the workaround before executing. I am ready to start as soon as you are.
