Cleaning cPanel up for web host

Hi. I have a few websites linked to one host and they are telling me I am over my quota on a regular basis. Most of the websites are inactive and I can't find anything that would be causing this to happen. Looking for someone to assist in cleaning it up so it doesn't overuse the resources. Thanks
