Business Email Migration & Cloudflare Setup

I need to shift roughly 50 GB of email data from my Namecheap cPanel mailbox to Hostinger, where I already have email hosting activated. There are only 1–5 individual accounts, but each inbox is sizeable and important, so I want the move to be seamless and loss-free.

Scope of work
• Export every message, folder, and alias from the current cPanel Email service on Namecheap.
• Import the same data into the matching mailboxes on Hostinger, preserving timestamps, read status, and folder structure.
• Consolidate any redundant or legacy addresses so the final setup is tidy and easy to manage.
• Point DNS and MX records to the new Hostinger servers through Cloudflare (my domain already runs on Cloudflare).
• Verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC once propagation finishes and run a test send/receive cycle to confirm delivery health.
• Keep downtime as close to zero as possible by staging the switch and overlapping TTLs.

Please be comfortable with cPanel, Hostinger’s hPanel, IMAP sync tools, and Cloudflare’s DNS dashboard. I’ll provide temporary credentials and stay available for quick decisions during the cut-over. Once everything is live, I’d like a short hand-off note that documents the steps taken and any follow-up actions needed.
