CPA Letter: Ownership Verification

I need a U.S-licensed CPA who can issue a formal letter on firm letterhead confirming my company’s current ownership structure. The letter will be used for an official company-verification review, so it must clearly state the owners’ names, their respective percentages, and affirm that the information is based on your professional examination of our corporate records.
There is NO need to write anything that related to the financial state of the business.
I will supply a filled template of the cpa letter along with our articles of incorporation, operating agreement, and any additional documents you request to substantiate the ownership details. Turnaround within the same business day would be ideal.
