I need a packaging designer

We design outdoor furniture. We need assistance designing the most cost effective and damage reducing packaging for our chairs and tables. The products are made overseas, so we would like to provide packaging material specifications to those factories. I have uploaded a sample product for clarity. I know there are many more questions.
