I need a package deisgner

I have a product and a brand. I need that brand implemented on specific packaging ideas. I also need some loose area on those packages filled in. Need two boxes. One box would be 3.875 x 2.75 x 4.875". Second box would be 9.75 x 4.875 x 3.25". I would like this second box lid to open long ways and folding up in to a counter display.
