Minimalist Product Packaging Designer Needed

I am in need of a skilled freelancer who is an expert in label and product packaging design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating minimalist designs. You will be creating 7 to 10 designs per month with the possible increase in design request and budget in the ensuing months. My current budget stands at INR 5000/- or approximately $60 per month for 10 designs.
