Layout a print file for jewelry bracelet hang tag/packaging

I need print layout designer to create print files for packaging design to be sent to the printers. Item is an oval thick carton hang packaging 110mm x 80mm. It has some cut marks/slits and hole at top for hanging onto pin. Also there is a separate round piece 35mm diagonal (like a coin) in separate layout (one sided) which will eventually be glued onto main card.

Project includes:
Setup of print file for oval main piece front, they are two pieces side by side with same overall design but have different backgrounds.
Setup of print file for oval main piece back side, same design for both front ovals.
Setup of die marks for oval main piece 110mm x 80mm including small slits on sides.
Setup of 35mm circle additional print piece for hot stamping,
setup of die mark for 35mm circle piece.

Mock up of jewelry hang tag/packaging in jpg.
Logo for front
Text for front
Main card front side background x 2

Logo for 35mm hot stamp piece.

For main piece back side background there is need to make like streak or paintbrush effect on flag image.
