Graphic Design for unique mascara applicator

I am looking for a talented graphic designer to help bring my vision to life – a unique mascara applicator with specific colors in mind. We have already taken care of the molded plastic design, but we need labels and/or a wrap that can help make the product stand out from the others.
I'm looking for someone who is experienced/aware in the cosmetics market and who knows which processes are available to use on our unique product.
We are also open to suggestions and ideas for further refinement that the designer can bring to the project.
