Design corrugated packaging end caps for company product

Currently we use foam end caps to protect our product during shipment. We need to transition the material to corrugated (cardboard) as that is easier for customers to dispose/recycle and take less space when not in use. We also prefer the style of cardboard packaging where they start off flat then would fold-up to the required shape. However, if we would also consider a molded insert as well if the fold up style is just not possible.
