Custom Violet-White-Pink Jelly Beans Packaging

I'm looking for a designer to create a small (less than 100g), plastic, matte-finish package for gummy bears. The design should incorporate the following elements:
- Color scheme: Violet, white, and pink
- Design feature: A translucent oval space at the bottom of the package
- Image placement: A Miko anime photo positioned at the right bottom of the package
Ideal candidates should have experience in product packaging design, with a particular focus on using plastic as a medium.
