Create packaging dielines for custom box

Your job is to create the following set of dielines for my custom box and foam insert:
BOX DIELINE:
325mm Width
133mm Length
11mm Height
Square Foam Insert Dieline:
325mm Width
133mm Length
The foam insert will have thirty (30) "slots" split into 3 columns in the following dimensions:
10mm height
95mm width
First column: 12 slots total (10mm x 95mm), separated by 5mm each
Second column: 6 slots total - three dividing slots separated by 5mm each, followed by an 85mm cut out, then another three slots
Third column: 12 slots total

You must be able to start and finish this today.
