Create Cut Guide for Jar Label x2

We have to create a product packaging sticker for a glass jar. We have the measurements of the sticker and need someone to create the path in adobe illustrator. We just need a cut file. The shapes should be added on illustrator in one single layer and the paths should be colored CMYK 0/100/0/0.

The dimensions are as follows;

Pattern 1:
A rectangle 55mm tall and 80mm wide. At the top center of the rectangle, there is a 25mm wide and 65mm long strip. At the end of this strip is a circle with a diameter of 60mm. At the opposite side, there is then a 65mm long strip again. This strip goes into another rectangle of the same dimensions as the first.

Pattern 2:
A rectangle 40mm tall and 80mm wide. At the top center of the rectangle, there is a 25mm wide and 35mm long strip. At the end of this strip is a circle with a diameter of 60mm. At the opposite side, there is then a 35mm long strip again. This strip goes into another rectangle of the same dimensions as the first.

These are a front and back sticker for the jar, which includes a circle sticker for the lid and a seal.

We do not need graphic design of artwork, we only need the cut guide and template :) If project is delivered very fast and well, perhaps we can also discuss additional milestones for graphic design..
