Build me a packaging pouch design for my food brand.

We are a 20 year old namkeen and snacks manufacturing company and we are using the same design from starting for our namkeen packaging with only limited changes over time , but now its time to upgrade and i want someone who has experience in this field earlier.
I want to upgrade my packaging design but with a touch of my previous design so that it will not be seen as a new product in the market.
