Applicant should have experience in hospitality content & course writing.


Details:
- Format : Google slides or PowerPoint.
- Should be submitted in 8-10 days.
- 20/25 slides per course including pictures & videos.

2- Creating sales forecast & cycle.
3- Managing cost of labor
4- Managing revenue and expenses
5- Managing food and beverage pricing
6- Food and Beverage cost
7- Food and beverage revenue
8- Banqueting and Catering procedures
9- Purchasing and receiving
10- Menu design for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks


Payment 20€ per topic - 10 topics = 200€
Course Samples will be evaluated before we start working together.
