ESL Instructional Designer for Online School
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I am looking for an experienced ESL instructional designer to devise engaging courses and lessons for beginner to advanced online English learners.
The lessons will be conducted on a Learning Management System (LMS) and occasionally in a virtual classroom. We need lesson plans targeted at various levels of proficiency, consolidating grammar principles, vocabulary, and real life conversation skills.
The curriculum needs to accommodate 30 minute and 1 hour lessons. Flexibility and efficiency in lesson delivery is paramount.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable creating course material for diverse learning abilities and efficient at managing time within lessons. Prior experience with LMS is a must for this role - along with a keen understanding of ESL students' needs at various levels of proficiency.
