Course Creation and Formatting in Podia

Hello, I'm looking for help in formatting content for Podia. I have a fitness membership community on Podia and have weekly workouts, monthly meal guides, daily follow along workouts, and weekly check in photos. The original content is created in a word doc, and I need help in formatting the content for the members/customers. The budget is between $1500-$2000/month.
