I have a set of legal documents that must be hand-delivered to a government office in Khartoum. Everything is prepared; I simply need a reliable local courier to collect the sealed envelope from my contact in the city, take it directly to the designated office counter, and obtain proof of delivery.
Key steps
• Pick up the sealed envelope from my colleague in Khartoum (central location; details shared after award).
• Deliver it the same day to the specified government department during working hours.
• Secure an official receipt or stamp confirming delivery, photograph it on the spot [Removed by Admin].
• Place the receipt back in the provided return envelope.
After the document has been processed by Government office you need to pick it up and courier back to me.
Acceptance criteria
• Delivery and pick-up completed on the agreed dates.
• Clear photo of the stamped receipt received within one hour of drop-off.
• No damage or tampering with the documents or envelope.
This is a single-visit job; once the receipt is in my inbox and the original handed back, the task is complete. A short call or chat beforehand will confirm the pickup time and office address.
