Mexico City Legalization Courier
Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 USD
I need a reliable freelancer who is physically in Mexico City to handle the full legalization cycle for a set of business documents at the Embassy of Vietnam.
What you will do
• Submit the originals at the embassy for legalization, covering the consular fee up-front (I reimburse immediately on proof of payment).
• Monitor processing and collect the paperwork once the embassy notifies you it is ready.
• Re-package the documents following the simple instructions I will share after award and dispatch them back to me via an express mail service such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, providing the tracking number the same day.
Acceptance criteria
• Clear photo or scan of the embassy receipt on drop-off day.
• Tracking number for the outbound express shipment.
• Confirmation that the sealed envelope arrives in the condition sent.
Timing is tight: I would like the documents lodged within two working days of hire and returned as soon as the embassy releases them (typically 3–5 business days).
