I need a reliable person physically in Helsinki who can go to Migri, collect a prepared document that is waiting under my name, and dispatch it to me via DHL. I have already arranged and paid for both the collection authorisation and the courier label, so you will not have to advance any funds.
Timing is important but not frantic—I need the whole task completed within a couple of days from the time we agree to proceed. Once you have handed the envelope to DHL, just send me the tracking number; no other interim updates are necessary.
There is no content check required. Simply make sure you receive the correct envelope from the Migri desk, seal it in the provided DHL packaging, and hand it over at any Helsinki DHL service point.
