I need writer to assist me with writing psychological therapy letters

Hello I am a Mental Health Counsellor who has to constantly write letter to psychiatrists about patient progress on Depression/ Anxiety / PTSD / Grief/ adjustment disorder . I am looking for a writer who would assist me with this .

I have to provide progress reports after 6 and 10 sessions . I am looking for a writer to assist me with writing a report on these conditions that , I can use as a template.
