I'm seeking a professional with experience in social work and therapeutic program development to create a six-session curriculum for the Self-Mastery Program. This program is specifically aimed at incarcerated youth aged 14-17 years, focusing on fostering self-reflection, personal responsibility, and emotional regulation.

The sessions will have the following topics:
- Session 1: Who am I? (identity, strengths, and values)
- Session 2: Emotional intelligence & self-awareness
- Session 3: The impact of choices & decision-making skills
- Session 4: Dealing with anger & frustration in a healthy way
- Session 5: Overcoming past mistakes & planning for the future
- Session 6: Accountability & building trust

Each session should last approximately 30 minutes. The curriculum should incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Mindfulness-Based Techniques
- Narrative Therapy
- Choice theory
- Strength based approach
