Need Texas SAP/LCSW for Therapy Notes Transfer

Needing a SAP/LCSW specializing in addiction and alcoholism to transfer previous therapy notes (12 sessions of 3 hours each) from New York (remote sessions) to Texas on a behalf of a client of mine. Simply need a Texas SAP/LCSW to evaluate the notes and determine whether 36 therapeutic hours have been fulfilled by the individual on a private and voluntary basis. NDA required to protect the identity of client.
