Invoice sending

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with invoice sending. Currently, I'm doing this manually via email, which is time consuming and inefficient. I would like the invoices to be created in Word and sent in PDF format to me.. It's important that the process is efficient and reliable so I can focus on running my business.
