Development of training Content for vocational counsellors

We have a requirement for development of training Content for vocational counsellors. We are looking for freelancers who are SMEs in this area and can create activity based training module.
It’s a short term project and we looking at engaging them on assignment basis.

Requirement
Conceptualize, implement and ensure end-to-end project delivery
Align, develop and structure content on vocational guidance courses
Prepare training materials such as manuals, notes, and presentations
Thorough understanding of presentation skills, business etiquette, interview preparation, professional CV writing etc.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned contents
Able to design, create and suggest ideas for designing a practical training curriculum
