Job description
The candidate for this position will excel at counselling students for various programs and qualifications. By using a consultative approach to counselling and sharing information, this person will use their expertise to identify needs, leading to admission opportunities with both new and existing students.
Responsibilities
1. Conducting online / telephony Program Counseling for sharing a detailed understanding of our various programs and qualification
2. Understanding student needs and sharing solutions appropriate programs and services
3. Managing, tracking and timely follow-up on enquiries in system
4. Efficient follow-up with students for appropriate guidance and information related to program.
5. Developing Quality engagements & building constructive relationships with students
Qualifications
• 1-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience / Fresher can also apply
• Higher Secondary Education minimum
Language
1. Fluent in English and Hindi
2. Excellent Written communication and Email Drafting Skills

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary in Hand: Upto 3,00,000 INR per annum
