Playful Brand Mascot Costume Design

We want to create a company mascot and I need the full-scale costume conceived and built from the ground up. The look should be fun and playful while staying squarely within our existing brand colours (I’ll share the exact palette and style guide after kickoff). It must also not cross and copyright coudaries.

Scope
• Creative concepting, character refinement and colour turnarounds
• Structural design and fabrication of both the head and the full body; accessories are not required right now but the design should leave room for future add-ons
• Selection of breathable, durable materials (foam carving, lightweight plastics, performance fabrics, dye-sublimated prints, etc.) that will stand up to repeated wear, spot-cleaning and light outdoor use
• Internal harness or strapping that keeps the performer comfortable and mobile; sight-lines and ventilation must be considered from the start

Deliverables
1. Initial sketch set and mood board for approval
2. Final orthographic artwork in vector format matching brand colours
3. Material list with sourcing links and cost estimates
4. Full-scale patterns/CAD files and build notes
5. Finished wearable costume, securely packed and shipped by the agreed deadline

Acceptance criteria
• Colour values match the company brand guide exactly
• Head weight under 4 kg with at least 120° forward field of vision
• Body panels allow machine washing or easy spot cleaning
• All seams reinforced; no exposed raw edges when viewed from any angle
