Phantom Regiment Uniform Recreation

I'm seeking a skilled designer to recreate the Phantom Regiment Drum Corps uniform. The uniform parts needed are:

- Jacket
- Pants
- Hat/Shako

I'm open to custom modifications or changes to the original design.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in costume or uniform design
- Strong sewing and fabric handling skills
- Ability to accurately replicate and modify designs
- Able to use videos/images as references for work
