Make A Full Costume Matching My D&D Character

I have had some art done of my Dungeons and Dragons character and Intend to have a recreation of that and wear it. Below are 4 different renditions of the character but the one holding the shield is the one I'm going after. I'm looking for a full custom design for me to wear and walk around comfortably whilst looking cool. I appreciate this is a tall order and am willing to pay a fair price for such a tough task. the budget says max 1,500 but I'm willing to move around on that.
