Intricate Video Game Cosplay Costume

I'm seeking a highly skilled costume designer to create an intricate video game character cosplay costume. The costume should be made primarily from quality and comfortable fabric. The video game character is Muamar "El Capitan" Reyes from Cyberpunk 2077. Photos of the character are attached. I want the costume complete from head to toe, including jewelry, shoeware, fannypack and wig. Options for fine metals would be nice, but fake is assumed.

My primary concern is the fabric and materials to create the costume with a well made wig to spec such that the clothing is comfortable to wear. Primary importance is his shirt, fannypack design, shorts and shoeware. Other concerns like the jewelry can be sourced differently. He has specific jewelry insignia it appears which may require some custom jewelry making and leads and resources on that would be very helpful. If his shorts can be sourced from an existing company that has something very similarly made, as long as it appears very close, I'll OK that to be used instead. He's also got a special kind of gloveware which I expect must be custom made.

I will provide what you need like measurements and, if required, detail closeups of the character when we're in business.

Requirements:
- Expertise in creating highly detailed and intricate designs
- Proficiency in working with various types of fabric
- Experience in crafting character costumes in any mediums including but not limited to: anime, cartoons, video games and fantasy movie characters
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Must match specification design exactly as depicted in the game
- Must be made of quality fabric, built to be worn multiple times without wear and tear (within reason and appropriate care)
- Must be able to send back for maintenance and repair from general wear and tear
