Fantasy Character Costume Build

I’m looking for a skilled costume maker to turn a beloved fantasy game character into a real-world, wearable outfit. This is for one specific character. Its the Standard Knight from Final Fantasy Tactics. I want the White Cloak and armor, greaves and all.(I’ll share artwork, and in-game screenshots with you privately).

Here’s what I need:
• A detailed breakdown of materials and construction steps before you start cutting fabric. I would prefer sturdy leather for the armor portions so that it is sturdy armor.
• Visual mock-ups or sketches so I can confirm accuracy to the reference.
• Full fabrication of the costume—armor pieces, fabric layers, accessories, and any light weathering needed for an authentic look.
• A try-on progress photo or short video for sizing confirmation before final finishing.
• Final shipment neatly packaged, ready to wear at a convention.

I’m happy to discuss creative approaches to tricky elements like ornate props or special effects, but the final result must stay faithful to the original fantasy design. Please highlight previous cosplay or theatrical builds, note which tools or techniques you’ll use (e.g., EVA foam, Worbla, 3D-printing, sewing, leatherwork), and include estimated timelines.
