Enchanting Fairy Rave Costume Design
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m looking for a designer to create a truly unforgettable rave costume (or costumes) for EDC Las Vegas 2027.
This is a commission for someone who enjoys building bold, detailed, high-impact festival wear that turns heads and feels like it belongs in a fantasy world. The goal is a standout look that feels immersive, expressive, and visually powerful both in daylight and under festival lighting at night.
I’m open to working with emerging designers as well as experienced ones, and I value originality, strong design vision, and a willingness to explore something memorable.
Concept 1: Fantasy / Fairy Rave Outfit
A magical, ethereal, high-impact fairy-inspired look.
Must include:
• Wings
• Glitter / shimmer detailing
LED lighting is optional, but welcome if it enhances the design.
Open to any interpretation, including: • Neon fantasy
• Soft pastel fairy
• Full gold / glam goddess
• Dark gothic fantasy
• Celestial or enchanted forest themes
• Or a completely original direction
Concept 2 (optional, depending on pricing):
A holographic and iridescent rave outfit — shiny, reflective, futuristic, and space-inspired. Think metallic, cosmic energy designed for house, techno, and big-room sets.
Important notes:
• Open to both revealing or more covered designs
• Comfort is important due to Las Vegas heat in May
• All materials and construction approaches are welcome
• Movement and danceability are essential for both outfits
Submission details:

• Sketches or concept ideas (optional but encouraged, especially for emerging designers)
• Your deposit amount and total amount
• Your payment methods (e-transfer, PayPal, invoicing, etc.)
• Commission process, terms, or any required forms
• Portfolio or examples of past work (if available)
• Shipping details to London, Ontario, Canada
Selection process:
• Shortlist finalized: September 30th
• Applicants not selected will be notified
• Shortlisted designers will receive follow-up questions and discussion for next steps
Delivery deadline:All completed outfits must be delivered by May 15th, 2027.
After discussions, the agreed deposit will be sent to confirm the commission.
