Disney Haunted Mansion

We have a yard display inspired by the haunted mansion in Disneyland. It includes singing pumpkins, many of the disney gravestones, and a number of animatronic figures. We add more each year and it is time we dress and look the part. I need a costume for a 5xl (short, fat) guy that will fit in with the theme of the yard. I was thinking the butler but will accept other ideas. We have a year to work on this and I am looking for a high quality costume. Would like to see proposals for the costume and time frame for delivery with costs.
