Costume for an International Pageant

My title is Ms. Independence America. I need a costume that will take the judges breath away and will be remembered by everyone. The costume needs to embody and represent the Independence of America. If you have not made costumes for pageants before, please do not respond. I have ideas but am not able to put them in a drawing. Open to ideas you may have.
