Co-sign Corporate-Governance Legal Opinion
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have already drafted a comprehensive corporate-governance legal opinion for a Texas corporation and now require a licensed attorney to formally issue and countersign the same.
The opinion has been prepared in accordance with the Texas Business Organizations Code and structured to meet current professional standards. The requirement is to issue/sign the opinion in your professional capacity.
Please note that this engagement is strictly limited to attorneys who are licensed and in good standing with a Bar Council within the United States (preferably the State Bar of Texas).
Because this opinion will be delivered to counterparties, it is essential that the attorney is:
(a) actively licensed and in good standing with a U.S. Bar (Texas preferred), and
(b) comfortable issuing or co-signing corporate-governance opinions for corporations.
When responding, please:
• Confirm your active Bar number and jurisdiction of admission within the United States.
• Briefly outline relevant experience in issuing corporate-governance opinions under applicable U.S. law.
