I need a lawyer

Recently brought a car from a dealership in texas online( I live in Cincinnati,OH). The dealership didn't disclose to me that the car I bought had modifications to it that voided the warranty. After I received the car from the dealership in Texas, took the car in for an oil change and an inspection at my local Volkswagen dealership and after that my check engine light came on. I took it back to the Volkswagen dealership and was informed that the car had a tune and modifications to the catalytic converter. There was an update on the car that deleted the tune and caused the computer on the car to not recognize the modified catalytic converter. I was told the only way to fix this was to either get it retuned or replace the modified catalytic converter. However, since the car had a tune on it the warranty was voided. It was never disclosed to me that the car had modifications on it that voided the warranty nor was it disclosed that the catalytic converter was modified and had its emissions changed. I tried to contact the dealership but they seemed unwilling to help. I asked for inspection documents they had on the car and they sent me a document from 8/14/2021 however according to the carfax , this dealership didn't purchase the car until 2/23/2022. Im looking for legal help to see if I can at least get them to pay for the issues of the car due to not disclosing information and misrepresenting the car they sold me.
