Wio Bank UAE Account Setup

I’m ready to open a corporate account with Wio Bank in the UAE for our LLC, but I need someone who knows the bank’s exact onboarding steps to drive the process smoothly.
Here is where we stand:
• The company is an LLC.
• I already have the Trade License, the owner’s passport copy, and the registered manager’s Emirates ID on hand.
• The owner does not hold an Emirates ID, so the file must rely on the manager’s ID.
• I still need properly drafted Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association to complete the application.
Your role will be to:
1. Advise on the most efficient way to satisfy Wio’s KYC requirements given the owner’s lack of Emirates ID.
2. Prepare or review the Articles and Memorandum so they meet the bank’s format and legal standards.
3. Compile the full dossier, submit it through Wio’s online portal (or guide me step-by-step), and follow up until the account is confirmed active.
