Pvt Ltd Registration & DIN Assistance

I am set to incorporate a new Private Limited Company in India: the proposed name is in my mind. What I now need is a professional who can drive the entire MCA-portal process end-to-end while also fixing two DIN-related issues that stand in the way of filing SPICe+.
Scope of work
• Reactivate the DIN of one existing director.
• Apply for and obtain a fresh DIN for the second director.
• Prepare and file SPICe+, e-MoA, e-AoA, AGILE-PRO, PAN, TAN and any linked forms until the Certificate of Incorporation is issued.
• Follow through on MCA resubmissions, if any, and keep me posted at each milestone.
I already hold the requisite identity proofs, address proofs, NOC from the owner of the registered office, and draft MoA/AoA, so no document chase is required—just precise validation before upload. The focus is on accuracy, speed, and full statutory compliance under the Companies Act 2013.
Acceptance criteria
1. DIN of first director shows ‘Approved/Active’ on the MCA site.
2. Second director receives a newly allotted DIN.
3. MCA issues Certificate of Incorporation, PAN and TAN.
4. All filings appear under the company’s master data with no pending forms.
